Responsibilities Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending emails Maintaining files Managing phone calls and emails supporting staff with various administrative tasks Ensuring the office runs smoothly Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees Time management Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Skills Business background preferred Committed to health & safety Able to pay attention to details Ability to multitask effectively Highly organized and reliable Excellent communication and people skills Positive and compassionate attitude Job Type:
