We are currently seeking an experienced full-time Leasing Consultant at The Pointe Apartments, a beautiful 350
unit residential apartment community located in Stone Mountain, GA.
Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Handling new lease process from initial tour to move in.
Including but not limited to meeting and greeting prospective residents, conduct property presentation, application processing, through closing and lease signing Perform strong outreach marketing Daily follow up on leads ensuring all questions are answered Conduct daily tour path and curb appeal inspections Preparation of lease and move in paperwork Completion of weekly traffic reports Generate resident service requests and assist with general lease questions Provide excellent customer service in effort of increasing resident retention Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year apartment leasing experience Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Experience with Yardi a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, with excellent commission/bonus program!
