EXPERIENCE & SKILLS To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for TurboTax you will need to be proficient in the following:
o This role doesn't require any specific accounting background.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help TurboTax customers with their questions.
o Strong communication is key in assisting customers with TurboTax products and tax return software.
You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
o The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
To receive the $300.
00 paid training bonus, if the following criteria are met:
Must complete all 5 days of training, graduate, and complete 10 calls.
Starting Pay $18.
00 gross per hour.
You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per cycle from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 10PM EST.
