Job Summary Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for Process Engineer Intern. The Intern will work with Process Engineers to track data, analyze processes, and recommend solutions for improvement based on the gathered data from our facilities. This position is expected to start in-person around 2024 and continue through the entire summer term (i.e. through August 2024). We ask for a minimum of 10 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Key Responsibilities Define manufacturing process issues, collect data, analyze facts, implement solutions, and review as needed Documentation of new processes You will partner with and influence stakeholders across the organization, such as Operations, Product, and Technology address process related activities Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues to minimize downtime Qualifications / Required Skills Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or other related discipline and/or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and abilities Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLC, SAP, TIS and AutoCAD Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast paced high stress environment Excellent interpersonal skills and exemplary oral/written communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team setting Ability to write reports and analyze raw data What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs A diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
