The Digital Marketing Manager will be someone that has a passion for Hotel Marketing and can see opportunities everywhere.
This person can focus on driving revenues and innovation and can adapt and modify their plans as market conditions change.
This position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be responsible for ensuring core Marketing standards, fundamental expectations, and Crescent Hotels & Resorts best practices are fully implemented throughout all the systems for Marketing and working collaboratively with our partners at Stone Mountain Park.
This position is an on-property based position (not available remote), located in Stone Mountain, Georgia, and will focus on Digital Marketing for two properties:
Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort & The Inn at Stone Mountain.
The properties are situated inside the beautiful nature of Stone Mountain Park.

This person will maintain an annual marketing calendar of all promotions and tactics to grow revenue throughout the property.
Website Content & Conversion (vanity) - This person would be responsible for reviewing, providing actionable feedback, and approving all website content ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.

, photography) Advertising Content - responsible for reviewing, providing actionable feedback, and approving paid advertising copy, display advertisements, and social media advertisements with support from our Sr.
Director of Integrated Marketing & Digital Solutions and the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Coordination with Sales, Operations, Revenue Management, and all departments on packages, offers, and deals and communicate offerings to digital vendors.
Managing the property Identity and ensuring messaging / brand pillars are pulled through the websites and via all digital marketing.
CMS - Working knowledge of content management system (WordPress) and understanding of its capabilities.
Responsible for updating images, creating packages, and uploading PDFs and other sales material.
Ability to leverage resources including property, corporate support, and best practices in all marketing.
Development & Execution and reporting of all Email Marketing both Promotional and Lifecycle Campaigns across all business units:
including marketing plan / timeline, content, targeting, and management for the properties, all outlets, and revenue producing departments such as group, weddings, catering and including golf and membership.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing objectives via outlet-specific action plans, including membership-focused efforts designed to grow revenue & meet business needs while maintaining a healthy and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) Create advertising and promotional programs for Club Membership, Hotel Rooms, and Food and Beverage operations and, all outlets of the property.
Manage all Digital Marketing Plans & Budgets and Initiatives in collaboration with on-property and Corporate Marketing, Sales, Golf, and Culinary teams.
Research and execute changes to a wide range of sources, such as Google My Business listings, OpenTable, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, with information such as recent photos, hours of operation, specials, menus, etc.
Build, audit, optimize and maintain our restaurant & outlet websites and microsites.
Collaborate with the rooms and outlet operations teams to create a social media calendar inclusive of content, advertising & monitoring performance across the portfolio.
Must be able to research market conditions and identify opportunities, exercising the initiative to research study data and weigh options to reach conclusions that will increase revenues for club membership, our hotel, restaurants, and outlets.
Write yearly marketing plans based on the hotel proposition and long-term goals.
Implement marketing tactics to help meet the goals and objectives of both rooms and outlets.
Overseeing the process of designing, creating, and production of Internal Cross Marketing Material.
Advanced computer skills, including Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
) would be a plus NOTE:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
