What we're looking for:
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Exceptional guest service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and attention to detail Knowledge of counting and balancing cash drawer with accuracy Functional knowledge of operating cash registers and adding machines
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities for the facility Primary responsibility to process the daily revenue reports and cash deposit for the center daily Monitoring tip reporting and minimum wage calculations Monitoring and reporting to the management team any labor cost or COG issues.
Receiving deliveries and ensuring compliance with purchase request policy.
Responsible for training and verifying the accuracy of the numbers from the part-time Bookkeeper.
